Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy is the second son of late Justice Chukwudiofu Oputa. He is a native of Oguta Local Government area of Imo State Nigeria. Besides, he is an entertainer and a human right activist. Most importantly,he is the Coordinator of “OURMUMUDONDO MOVEMENT”.
